The APOLKA restaurant is named after the legendary Apollo refinery, popularly called Apolka. This refinery was founded in 1895 and became one of the key industrial enterprises in Bratislava.

The restaurant is located in the historic building of the Apollo Club, which was established in the beginning of 1910-1917 as an office and management building of the Apollo refinery.

In the APOLKA restaurant, you can immerse yourself in to a unique atmosphere that combines historical charm with modern design and respect for its history.

Our kitchen offers traditional dishes of the old Pressburg kitchen in a new, modern guise, while we focus on the use of local, fresh ingredients, which are the key to authentic, but at the same time modern taste experiences. Our dishes are prepared with attention to detail, respect for tradition and the courage to experiment.

It offers modern restaurant premises and a large garden with a summer terrace and a children's playground.

This unique restaurant concept was designed to become an ideal place for meetings with friends, business lunches, relaxation after work, dinner as a couple or celebrations or social events, during which the entire restaurant premises can also be closed.

WINE CARD:

Our wine list is a tribute to the historical region, Austro-Hungarian Monarchy. In the spirit of tradition, we have carefully selected wines that reflect the local heritage and winemaking skills of these countries, with the largest representation of Slovakia, Austria, the Czech Republic, and Germany.

MEAT AND LOCAL INGREDIENTS:
The products we work with at APOLKA restaurant are a tribute to local farms and craft producers. In the spirit of supporting local resources and the cuisine of old Pressburg in a modern style, we have carefully selected ingredients that guarantee freshness and high quality.

For chicken, for example, we cooperate with the farm Topoľnica, we take fish from the Stupava Fishery, which specializes in breeding freshwater fish. We import beef from Austria and the Czech Republic, for example. The cheeses come from the artisan cheese factory Cheesio in Dolné Saliby, where special attention is paid to each piece.

ERB BEER:
Our beer offer is a tribute to quality craft brewing. We are serving Slovak beer ERB from Banská Štiavnica, which is proud of its high quality and careful processing. The ERB brewery emphasizes the use of purely natural raw materials and a sufficiently long maturation period, which guarantees an exceptional taste experience.
In our offer you will find various types of ERB beer, including draft light lager and non-alcoholic beer, or their dark special and the pride of the brewery - Braxatoris. ERB beer is produced with maximum precision and respect for traditional procedures, using modern technology and long-term maturation to achieve the best taste.
