The premises of the APOLKA restaurant combine contemporary aesthetics with functionality, which focuses on innovative interpretation

The restaurant is located in a renovated historical building that was built at the beginning of the 20th century and served as the offices of the APOLLO refinery directorate. Even if the object is not included in the list of protected cultural monuments, it undoubtedly has a historical value for its period expression, which has been preserved even after many renovations.

In our restaurant, we focus on the use of local, fresh ingredients, which are the key to authentic, but at the same time modern taste experiences.

Our dishes are prepared with attention to detail, respect for tradition and the courage to experiment.
